Whole-home dimming, scene programming, and occupancy-based control. Tunable white and circadian systems available. Keypads specified for every architectural finish.
Lutron Sivoia QS and Palladiom shading for blackout, solar, and sheer applications. Battery or hardwired. Synchronized with lighting schedules throughout the day.
Lighting and shading tied into broader home systems — HVAC, security, audio, and control interfaces including Lutron, Control4, and Apple HomeKit.
We review floor plans, confirm fixture placement, and document every control zone. Each project is fully specified before anything is ordered or installed.
